im gonna be bringing my cousin along hopefully if she gets her finances situated, she will be coming up from florida. i dont think we will be taking the workshops cause i havent been poling for too long and she is interested but hasnt started yet. but im thinking we will be booking our room in the next month but we will probably be staying a few blocks away cause neither of us can really afford 3 nights at the gaylord honestly. i also am coming from the BWI area lol, im at fort meade so im probably right around where you are. once i get some more info together on hotels in the area ill let you know what i find unless you want to stay at the gaylord to be right there, just let me know when it gets closer ok? https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

i have a pair of clear ellies that i use as well, but the heel is silver so you cant actually see the metal rod inside at all, i bought them at the studio i used to go to and i think they are wonderful. i bought them a size too small and after about 3 sessions the plastic is stretched enough that they dont cut into my feet or hurt at all, breaking them in though did hurt my toes a tad but nothing unbearable.

if its hurting like that even when you are sitting in just a V you really should see a doctor. its most likely not the stretch you are doing but something wrong with your knee and its best to get it checked out so you dont accidentally injure it more. Knees are very important to keep safe too cause alot of the time, if you hurt it, it never fully gets better https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif
