pole-twista, I have to say that really perked me up! I can barely seem to get my feet of the floor either https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif Once my back is ok I will definitely start with the strength training and what have you.

I am very impressed with Veena’s lessons! Very easy to follow and understand, I just wish I could do some of them lol.

I will most definitely be buying some lessons here after I pay off the unexpected vet bill that popped up….oh fuzzy children.
