And as far as the intimadation goes… once I got my pole up I couldnt even go near it. Stuff that looked easy on youtube now becomes impossible! I don’t think I got an order tracking number until my pole was dispatched, maybe thats why you haven’t gotten one yet? Well I prefer 45mm, I have 50mm chrome at the moment and I used 45mm chrome at pole class, much easier to grip and I dont find it any harder to grip with my legs. Would love a 45mm TG, but im looking for a second hand pole, and everyone has chrome! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif so will probably end up with chrome again, may not be a bad thing though as I still like (have never tried TG)

Are you taking the sudafed tablet or spray? I take sudafed tablet and i find they help a lot, however they do cause my heart to race and i generally dont feel great on them, but it gives me a few hours to get things done when im sick! Check that they have pseudoephedrine in them, which works well, not phenylephrine, which I find has no effect. They’re changing the cold meds from pseudoephedrine as its possible to make crystal meth from them. Apparently! Ayway, hope you feel better soon. Oh yes and take echinacea too, it can help to shorten the course of the cold, especially if yuo want to stay away from the nasty cold meds https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

Some people use arnica cream or tablets to heal bruises/injuries. I’ve personally not found it very helpful and quite expensive but I know other people swear by it!
