When I started polling 6 months ago my arms were so weak that couldn’t even lift my self on the pole.Everything was a struggle at the first few lessons in the studio. Next week I started cross fit training once per week and that helped me tremendously! I also do http://www.bodyrock.tv training which I highly recommend. Have never been stronger in my life, but still have a long way to go as my butterfly is still pretty wobbly lol
