I’m not the greatest at picking out sexy music (I’m frequently told I dance to rather depressing songs. My one attempt to counter this was Spaceship by Puddle of Mud, super fun but not what my teacher had in mind) but I figure it is better to give you some options that you don’t use than not give you an option you may use.

I have Alethea Austin’s floor work DVD. I enjoyed it. The production values were good and it had a lot of great tips. There were variations given for some of her more flexy moves.

I have TG at home and use Chrome at the studio. I like TG better. I stick to it better. I am able to get tricks and poses faster at home than in the studio because I feel more secure. I live in the south and have not had a problem with it being too sticky.
