Thanks hun! I am hoping to learn more about the nutirtion facts….I would like to stay at it. Some manufactorers are better than others, i totally agree! I just didn't know what the true calorie count was! I know i got a long bumpy road a head!

Thanks for everyone else bumping back onto this thread! Wellness classes are so expensive around here and reading everything online is also hard too, trying to understand it all! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_eek.gif is basically how i feel when it comes to eating healthy!

So I was wondering if anyone out there could tell me how to properly read a nutrition label?? I am trying to count calories and write them down everyday…so any ideas? I know to measure, but for example: 1 serving size is 33, and than it will say 20 calories, so which one do I use?? Just need a little help lol. I hope to keep at this too!!

Okay so I have a confession!! I miss you all!! I agree with kittyclimber webmaster and veena are such a great people to meet!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif Joel and I got lost going downtown MN, but we manage to found our way and eventually made it a safe night back to the hotel no matter how many times we got confused!! I had such a humble weekend I will never forget this! This was a many of first for me to do, firstly I never ever meet anyone off the internet before, and I am sure am glad I have meet a small number of you guys. I really really wished that I had loads of money and can come and visit each one of you till the point where I am sick of traveling lol. Everyone I meet this past weekend was such an inspiration to me that I am motivating myself to try better to get in shape so I can learn those awesome moves that I can’t do yet, yes I know it will take patients but I will get there with the help from all of you!
