Wow!! I learned something new!! So I am not sure if the question was address, and I agree with some of you guys, I dont use tampons for those reasons too!! But back to my question, could you use this over night than while you are sleeping? Just curious, and I wasnt aware about that while inverting on the pole soo way good to know! I have been having this issue, well not in away of poling, but for shopping for bras in general. Lately I have been buying vitoria secret, although the last 2 I had have broke at the rim of the bra, or the wire will poke through with the fabric! So i stopped buying them, but I can see where you guys are coming from, I am a cup size d, and I have been having issue finding my size too! That would be a great idea for you to do glitter!! so i have a question for you girls, i think it may have been answered already. So when working out on the pole does any know how much calories vs time being on the pole you can burn up to? Just curious if anyone has tried tracking it. Plus is it aerboic or anerboic? (spelling bad) I know I have been doing well on the wii fit plus and I wanna see how much I am burning. I know there is formulas out there that can track how many calories you can burn. Just thought I will bring this up.

1. workout everyday. Rather it is using the wii, pole, strength traing with the pole or using the insanity program to workout with!!
