    Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Is the “marley-numbness” in both legs?

    I have been thinking.. I have raynayd’s syndrome (reduced blood flow in fingers, toes and nose as response to cold or stress), maybe the pressure in the knee pit and bad circulation play a role in this, though being upside down and exercising makes body warm and happily sweaty.. It could also be a nerve?
    My plan is to practice other moves and let the knees rest for a while, then try again and see what happens.

    Thanks for the encouragement!
    I keep on practicing and try to lean away more.. it is possible that I am not trusting myself enough or try to force the movement (time and blisters will tell)..
