I have no idea about detox sorry but how about you try to prettify your dungeon.. I mean garage? make it feel like your own space with bringing in some stuff that you’d normally see inside of your house so it doesn’t feel so much like you’ve been cast out.

The foot left the floor!! I was trying my sit again and was walking the sting off.. Will be having a play on it when the children have gone to bed, I did have to have a quick whizz on spinny mode though and, well.. wheeeeeeeeeee is all that came to mind lol

I got the lessons already.. before the pole has even come lol I was kinda hoping it would come saturday morning but it didn’t https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_rolleyes.gif so I’ve just been doing the warm up, doing press ups, superman back and the switches (legs bent hehe).. I tried those side lift things and did about 3 on each side that’s how weak I am. A couple of other bits then the cool down. Very relaxing actually, never thought I’d say that about exercise!

Yes I was confused by the on/between joists too but figured all would be explained in the instructions.

Was going to ask about videos too, what sort of cameras does everybody use? would a webcam do the job or am I going to need a proper camcorder?
