My advice, as crazy as it sounds is to continue moisturizing but stop exfoliating completely, I mean don’t even use a loofa in the shower, just soap on your hands. At first it will seem to get worse, but after about a week or two, mine went completely away and my legs look better than they ever have! I havent needed to exfoliate in over 6 months!

Hope this works for you too!

Teresawitch – If your ceiling cracked from the pressure, that probably means your pole either wasn't centered on the joist, or the top dome wasn't completely flat to the ceiling.

I had a friend who experienced the same thing, and we found out that it was under a flat and thin stud instead of a joist, she's never had a problem since then. I've never seen any other house with a ceiling like this, but in this case, the pole would need to be placed right under the cross point of the boards.

(note that the bottom boards were more thin and flexible than the below picture, its just for reference.

I had to repost this because that text was way too green to read, I didn't even change the color lol, I have no idea why it posted green.

I agree completely. I just didn't want to have to buy another pole just to be able to dance in that room, it wouldn't really be worth it for me since I'm living off a student loan haha.

I sent an email to x-pole a few days ago, but I haven't receieved a reply yet, but hopefully they'll respond soon and I'll know for sure. I wanted to ask the studioveena community, just in case someone had some input on the matter.

I might go for the drilling mount though, thanks for that suggestion, it didn't even cross my mind haha.

    🙂
