ARgh! My left arm is sooo much weaker than my right arm! Been tryin to do one handed assisted pull ups to try to strengthen it!

Are there any fitness places that incorporate HIIT? Crossfit? I find HIIT to be VERY difficult to do by myself (Trying to give it your all while at the same time looking at your stop watch!)

I heard that it may not be that good for those with larger chests. I have the tula top and the front of it dips down really low! I'm afraid my boobies will come out and I'm like a -A lol… less support when you criss cross the strings also…

Mmm.. I'm adv but not super duper adv. More interested in trick technique 🙂 Still trying to figure out how to do a proper tumble/inside leg hang switches (where ur body goes all the way around the pole?)/scorpio to TG aysha/ proper deadlift techniques/ how to werk w/ the spinny pole…

lil mynx powder coated is really grippy! I'm actually considering getting one to add to my collection of poles lol! I think you can also get it in +/- spin mode. If you already have a chrome, I'd get a powder coated.

Also, Pole Physics is supposed to be a lotion for polers that doesn't cause slippage..
