@Felissita Thanks for your advice! I was looking for a comparison between poleandaerial and Veena. I think I'm going to stick with Veena for some time and keep my eye on poleandaerial. Maybe after a year or so they'll have everything up to date and a bigger community. Thanks!

@suigintou: thanks for the advice! I feel the same way about building strength and flexibility off pole to help me on the pole. I learned a couple of advanced moves while at a studio but have definitely neglected some basic beginner and intermediate moves. Sometimes I feel like I'm working backwards but the lessons on this site really looks like it could help me fill my gap. Thanks and good luck on your training!

I believe this is the link for the trial but I'm not sure if it could be used for people already signed up. Worth a try.

Thanks for your advice! I am really happy with the structure on your site and look forward to buying lessons! I'm also impressed with how big the forum is and everyone's participation. I got an advertisement of StudioVeena when I ordered my xpole, glad I came across you guys. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

Oh my goodness, the syllabus from PDC is amazing! This was just what I was looking for! Are there also any training programs out there?

Thanks so much, this is really helpful! The only other resource I've used was poledancedictionary.com but Veena's videos are definitely more helpful. PoleandAerial.com just launched and that was my other option but since they're so new they don't seem to have as big of a community as Veena does. Veena's is also much cheaper. If I were to spend my money for an online resource do you think Veena's the way to go? I'm glad to hear that people are happy with on this site. Also, any other free pole resources out there? Thanks everyone!
