I use a stability board always. It does help distribute pressure. I suggest an inch thick.

a lot of people get their stage poles from craigslist. Studios that close sell their poles here or Craigslist. I bought my chrome x-pole via craigslist for $200 and I was able to inspect it and play on it to make sure it was legit (as opposed to buying used here or eBay). If you have a smart phone the craigslist app will update you whenever someone posts something new in your area.

if the finish you want isn’t listed, I know you can use the “contact us” at the bottom of the page to place an order through Veena. For instance, I will eventually order a brass 45 through the contact us option because it isn’t in the default options.

allegra, bendy diva dive, and batwing. Keem looks impressive but is really easy. I also love Marlo’s superman variation. The on top leg in superman actually goes behind her. Kinda like a pole split facing toward the floor but the bottom leg is passe’d. a
Titanic with the feet off the pole is also awesome 🙂

I prefer lap dances for someone over apole dance. But I also know what I’m doing. If I had a guy for Valentine’s, I would definitely do half pole half layup dance 🙂 you know. and stuff later

I have dry, but sweaty hands and TG is the worst finish ever for me. Better than stainless, but worse than chrome. It really does come down to body chemistry. If you can't try it, don't buy it.

Ido Portal wrote about taking workshops when he was training. He said he would cut out all entertainment (drinking, movies, clothing, eating out) to go to work shops. I don’t know how right pursed you are, so I couldn’t say if/what to cut out. But I would sacrifice my cat to take a work shop with her.

How did they trace it back to her? Out of curiosity? I would hate to have a bunch of people mad at her if it's not 100% definitely her.

Has anyone informed video owners? Asking money for videos you do not have copyright over is pretty illegal.

Oh Gosh, I have no idea why I thought she was that mature @_@ But it does explain why I thought she looked so hot for her age LOL
