You can see if any adult store nearby carries them. I've only ever bought boots from pleaser, but my experience has been that boots run small from every company. So if you're between sizes, it's best to go up. Plus, you can stuff them socks. There's no stretching boots if they're too small.

I've only been looking to buy a brass pole on CR for….uh, over a year now. The first club I worked in had brass, and everything was easy. When I switched to chrome in the middle of summer, I had so many issues readjusting. Now that I'm a more seasoned poler, and have switched back to another club with brass poles, I realize that I still definitely need one here in the summer. I can't do more than five minutes worth of work before I can't manage a sit or a split grip anything. I've tried practicing in vinyl, might grip socks/gloves, every grip product available with the exception of DGP (Hopefully will try this week at pole expo 🙂 ), I've put fans in my garage, and tried an air conditioner. I do not have the luxury of poling inside my home, so where I pole is on average 90-100 degrees. Brass would be best for this situation.
TG does nothing for me. It is more slippery than stainless when I sweat, and that to me is stupid. I know it's a body chemistry thing, but I don't have a use for TG and I'm positive after working on brass 5 hours a day for the past month, that brass is what I want.

You can use screen capturing software like fraps or bandicam. But they both cost money and take up some space.

Rev 22:24 And Glorybox. And Wicked Games. I won’t feel ashamed since I’m supposed to be cliche.
Anyone want to free style these at a pole jam at pole expo?

Careful with bags. Any junkie with a pen can open them. And girls will walk off with the entire make up bag or box if they have the space for it or don’t plan on returning to that club. Honestly, the best thing you could do is get s lunch box or bigger purse and carry your essentials (deodorant, wipies, grip aid, etc) on you and put everything else in your car when you’re done getting ready. I’ve worked in classy clubs and trashy clubs. Girls will find a way to steal things. If you don’t want it stolen, don’t leave it in the dressing room. Lockers are the only exception, because they can’t be moved. But even then I’ve been in clubs where girls have snipped locks and cared locks.

A little sad no B, but I understand why and I’ll be there with my +1 as well! I’ll be most excited to meet Veena and Webby, but also fangirl over Veena’s pole space@

I wish I lived in Gilbert, haha. I’d go to pole class more often

I recommend to go to prowess and stay away from Pussycats. Prowess is owned by Arizona’s only polefession to compete on a national level. There isn’t a single trick Lindsay can’t do(well, there’s a few she’s afraid of…) or teach you, regardless of your level. And she’s hilarious. Open pole 4x Times a week. Only downfall is there’s not a lot of aerial room if you’re tall.
Pink has no open pole, and only beginner classes, but they have a lot of fun workshops. Like booty popping, boot camp, etc.
Purple Rain is ALRIGHT but I don’t think they do drop ins. And I’ve never been there, only through word of mouth.
Express Mie has the same issue that pink does.

Why doesn't your studio have open pole? Because Pippi's response makes a lot of sense.

@Dulce I’m an adv student sparingly there. I Live in almost Surprise and my income is only through dancing, so while Lindsay offers affordable classes, it costs me $20 in gas to get there. Close to $50 for one class isn’t something I can do often, and obviously series classes are out of the question since I have to take off work to go there. But maybe I’ll see you at an open pole some time 🙂

Lindsay Green taught me how to do Eagle/Music Box. You should shoot her a message on YouTube. I have a video on my music box. It’s a shoulder mobility thing, not a back flexibility thing. I started in heels but you could definitely do it with a yoga strap. Eagles entry is a little different. Instead of sweeping around from a climb into twisted ballerina reach back and grab the put that is resting against a pole and pull it up behind your head. Like I said, Lindsay would have a better explanation

This is a new club? Like, brand brand new?
I'm not from Miami but my experience with reboots and brand new clubs has been God awful. People don't know the club exists for like, two years, even in highly populated areas. They go through management like crazy, and they promise all these lofty things that will never happen. I worked at a major chain for four months and saw no improvement…a year later not a thing about the building has changed except the sign. And not just that club, but the three other reboots/new clubs I've worked at since I've started dancing are the same way.
A club is always hiring. They can never have "too many" girls. If they tell you they aren't hiring, it means one of two things; they aren't hiring for the shift you told them you could work (my club refuses to hire girls for night unless they are a 10/10) or you don't fit the image of the type of girl they want to work there. Some clubs only want white, 5'5" goes to the gym 6 times a week, saline in their chest and orange blond girls. Some clubs prefer diversity. Research your club before you apply.
I agree with cali; there are other places to work. I'd go looking for them, because start-ups are neither good money, nor stable money, from my experience.

Going to die.
Also; Not sure about the pool….I could hang out, but I would be spending a lot of time reapplying sunscreen. I spent forever finding a foundation that I like for my skintone, I don't want to tan and ruin it :<
