Thanks for the feedback…I think I will start working on those combos and writing my goals down. I want to work on my inverts but I can only do the basic with letting go of one hand only…but I know if I keep at it Ill get stronger because I thought Id never get the climb and here I am climbing away…lol

I love my SV pole! I am a beginner so I have a ways to go but I’ve been training and practicing every other day. The pole has great grip and the instillation was a breeze once I found the stud in my ceiling. My friends came over the other night and the first thing they said was “ooooo it’s purple!” lol….This was the best $320 I spent all year!

I’m having a very difficult time adding videos as well. It takes forever to load. I tried to change the resolution and still won’t upload. What is a good Mega bite size to upload successfully?
My files are MP4..help please.
