I bought this DVD and a set of ankle weights and I’m pretty impressed with my results so far. This DVD is her showing you how to do these stretches in great detail, but you can NOT go at her pace and expect any improvements. YOU HAVE TO PAUSE THE DVD ON EVERY MOVE TO GET A GOOD STRETCH. The exercises she does with the ankle weights are quite a workout and it defiantly helps improve flexibility.
FYI: I also bought one of her other DVDs, Stretching For The Least Flexible People On Earth to help my hubby with tight hip flexors and knee pain. I wouldn’t recommend that DVD to anyone for the price. It was produced in a shabby office space and didn’t provide information or techniques as good as Secrets of Stretch and Flexibility. She is very encouraging though. Hope this helped.
