wow such an informative thread! i may try these as well.. i too am not really a tampon person unless im going somewhere and i KNOW ill be there for a while and what im doing.. other than that i wear pads and i have a heavy flow.. so by the time im done.. the pads have like rubbed on me so much that it hurts kinda like a diaper rash LOL

yea well even with the first spins you know.. i honestly think you should keep working on those. esp if ur worried about it hurting. moving on to anything else will only hurt you more.
for now these spins too will help ur body get used to what ur trying to make it do less bruises and burns. And were not used to using our arms in such a way or even all the muscles through out our whole shoulder, that the more you do these, the more you will build up your strength in your arms and ull also perfect those spins to where you wont have to concentrate on doing them and actually dance =)

i have so much music im contemplating on getting a 30-80g mp3 player rather than my 4g;; -_- i rushed to get it because it was pink.. and he said i could have it.. i bought it when he was deployed so yea.. no one to stop me LOL

how zune is set up it kinda pisses me off sometimes, but usually when i wanna burn a song.. because i mean $15 a month.. and i only get 10 credits? if i had itunes.. isnt that 15 credits?? mmmmm

but i LOVE traveling and i LOVE seeing other studios ^^ like my lil seeing what other ppls rooms look like.. its just a weird hobby =D but if i do make my way north again ill DEFF stop by ^^!!!

actually no, ive literally only been there once. i live in north carolina and i had driven to west virgina for the holiday to visit one of my bestest friends, and realized i was already how close, and denise said i could come visit and offered her house to me and everything. shes a wonderful person and i had such an AMAZING time! i would love to go see her again.

Ive been to herndersonville ^O^ I met Denise who owns Vertical Expressions ^^ shes a really fun girl~ and they do the aerial hoop n stuff there too ^^ way fun!
