    YOGA! I’ve been doing yoga far longer than pole dancing and I feel they compliment each other perfectly.

    I’m fat and I pole dance my heart out! At first I was losing weight but I stopped for a while so I’m right back where I was but it’s so much fun that after the first few minutes I felt like a supermodel. I have to wear booty shorts in front of people which I’d never do but I don’t even think about it in pole dancing class.

    Yoga about 5 days a week (give or take), pole an hour each week. I’m looking to add more, maybe a dance class like belly dancing or hip hop, but have no time. This week I actually have time for 2 pole classes and I’d like to make it twice a week from now on. I don’t have a pole at home and I’m SO obsessed that I’d go everyday if I could. When school starts back up I have enough time between two of my classes to get to the gym so I’ll be doing that as well this fall, but so far I don’t get as much exercise as I’d like or need.
