I don’t get why these poles aren’t inspected BEFORE sending them to the customer.

I think it’s Miss Honey Rider

Wow Allyson That is awesome!!

If you go on Stripperweb they have a whole section dedicated to webcamming I think.

You can usually rent lights extension chords and stands for a low price along with a mini fog machine. I like these lights especially http://www.americandj.com/ProductDetails.aspx?ItemNumber=1780. I’ve done it before and I think the total for everything was around $80

It seems there’s really 3 major brands to choose from that are sturdy and safest:
Platinum Stages, Xpole and Lil Mynx
I love my PS pole but I like the looks of Veena’s Lil Mynx because of the switch from spin to static and the way it goes up and down so easily. -
Not really into the shoes or music in Shadow’s vid either but as Chem pointed out it is an old video so for me she gets a pass (crack and all hehe). I have to say also, to have those skills during that time when polers didn’t have as many educational resources as we have now and were mainly self taught she is freakin’ awesome!

No problem Lina 🙂
I think to begin with I was about 6 or 7 inches away and it took about 6 months of doing the 6 week program. I should go back and check I kept track of everything but all the info is in a box some place. Anyway I’ve always noticed your flexibility – I still have a long way to go to be anywhere near your level so if you are doing any secret programs let me know 🙂 -
Hi Lina It worked for me when nothing else did that’s why I always recommend it (Veena didn’t have her stretch lessons to try at the time)
The reason why I stuck with it was also because many members here got all the way down with it. If you go through this thread there are posts of success stories and lots of progress accounts as well. -
Oh yeah and I’m soooo not flexible naturally as in an iron rod had more bendability than me in the beginning.

For myself it worked but I took about 6 months and I didn’t stretch everyday because it was not physically possible for me. I would wait for the soreness to go away so about 3 times a week and sometimes due to slacking 1 to 2 times a week. I did get all the way down on this routine alone doing each stretch 3x for 60 seconds each except the splits I held for 3×30 seconds I think. Now I also mix in Alethea Austin’s splits DVD too.

Sorry I forgot to update,
I did get the samples but couldn’t really tell. I ended up ordering a full sized container and am pretty used to it. I could swear it’s not the same as before but it still does the job for me. I’m able to do holly drops safely with it. One thing I should mention though is that my pole usually has a bit of firm grip residue on it left over from other moves I’m learning so I don’t know if that helps balance things out a bit. -
I go to a lot of clubs. I notice that men seem to really really love the knee hold for whatever reason, the splits – of course, the caterpillar (I don’t mean the climb) floor work and V positions galore – pretty much moves that show off the female area and moves that simulate sex.
I think Annemarie Davies’ floor work is phenominal http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HMhrIO9HYQk as well as Eva Bembo’s http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J_WiF-ChL78
