Actually I don't think you do. I could swear I read another thread where someone else thought the same thing and there were responses from others here saying that it wasn't and someone had also said that glucosamine helped them with there situation.

Maybe Chem Goddess might know what I'm talking about. She usually remembers everything!

Someone else here who knows more can elaborate but I've read other posts here that recommend Glucosamine.

Also I can't remember links of any example vids but I've seen pixie cut polers do the head flip motion. My guess is you'd probably exaggerate it a bit more so the movement shows.

Veena's hair is pretty short in this vid and it's one of my all time favourites in the sexy category

Here's another sexy vid she has with even shorter hair.

Maybe if everyone complains to the web host it might have an effect. I could swear I read that was a method used in a seperate situation where content was being stolen and placed on a site. However I'm not sure if it has to be the content owners themselves who need to complain or if people being scammed would be enough. Either way it never hurts to try the host might take numerous complaints into consideration since it is a definite scam. They might not want their business associated with whoever is defrauding people.

Mine is in the living room and I move my coffee table and rug around when I use it. Some friends didn't notice it right away when I had first put it up.

I wish I had Paris Hilton's pole room shown at 3:28. I like that boudoir feel it has to it.

Oh yes I forgot about lil mynx. By cheaper brands I mean along the lines of peek-a-boo or the Carmen Electra pole.

I think a platinum stages or xpole are the best (I have a removable platinum s). Also when it comes to a pole it's not so great to go with cheaper brands because even screwed in they come loose while using them. Maybe you can check on pole forums or your local classifieds to see if someone is selling the better brands second hand in order to save a bit. If you sign up with studio Veena you can learn from beginner to advance levels at a low cost. I switched from classes to online lessons because of my schedule and I learned just as well at home as I did in class.

I agree with Pole Gal. It's usually better to wait at least a week. I'd even say two weeks so you have a chance to deep condition an do a protein treatment (some people don't like to shampoo for a week after bleaching)  I don't know if you are having a hair emergency so you want to bleach it out fast. My hair has survived multiple bleachings in the same day. It didn't fall out but it was very dry and the ends were finished also my hair is thick and really strong. I had to cut off a few inches and I still had split ends up to my scalp. However this was going from black to platinum. It might not be as bed depending on how light you are starting from and wanting to end up with.

You can try googling sexy pole dance and clicking on images. In some of the pics they are just posing or arching against the pole and not doing tricks.

For me it depends: If it's one of the originals as Chem said then no – provided I hear of positive feedback from people who have had lessons from them. There are some pole stars I've heard of who charge high prices for workshops but are not good at teaching as they are at poling.

Someone newer to poling would most likely benefit from some kind of standard training as they don't have the years of experience and haven't learned the hard way like the O.G's of pole about what injuries will come out of bad positioning. Also, if someone says they are certified I would want to know through what establishment and follow up by doing some research to see what that establishment's certification entails.

At this point since I feel like pole is still transitioning, word of mouth carries more weight with me over cert/ pole-celeb/ non-cert
