Yes they've pretty much done wonders for me. My schedule didn't coincide with my studio's anymore so I started the lessons. I have time to go back to classes now but I like learning at home better. One day I'll go back to the studio…one day!

It's unreal what this day has turned into for the victims and their loved ones. I can't even imagine… :'(

I also had some slipping this week from the weather changing causing dry skin and had to moisturize more which worked. My lotion combo is Aveeno Skin Relief Moisturizer and then I put Palmers Cocoa butter Stretch Mark formula that comes in the tin over. It gives my legs super moisture. I do this a few hours before poling and I stick better.

The only thing that gets my lower abs flat is regular pole work, eating clean and not eating too  excessively – just enough to maintain health. However, I find it makes the rest of my body look too skinny.

@Steffie, Yes sorry, What I should've said was that I think the lighting is kind of dark and so for me the clothing blends with the background a little too much.

+1@Kasanya Rhiannan is a great instructor but they don't put out regular lessons. Also (not the end of the world but a peeve of mine) They wear dark clothes over a dark background. That being said I still have greatly benefited from their material.

I subscribe to a bunch of online lessons because I like having different ways to learn a move as well as as many different moves to learn. I also like picking up signature styles from various instructors. I haven't tried A&P yet but if you can only try one I would suggest Veena first because it will build a solid foundation in poling. So far I haven't come across an online studio that has the moves in order. As well, I've received sooo much help from the other Veena members on this site. It's also rare that you can find high quality like this for such an affordable price.

Also this vid has some pretty cool spins downwards (different from what you described originally) at 2:10 and 2:55

I'm not sure if this could be what you had in mind but here another example of spiraling down at 1:20

I love heels. I've noticed since pole dancing I've become more comfortable in higher heels. For me finding comfy shoes is a hit and miss. Try wearing them around the house as soon as you get them so you can see if your feet will start to hurt or not and if you should return them. You can try styles with a bit of a platform in them to take the edge off. Also being 6'1" in gorgeous heels is nothing to avoid 🙂 You should totally show yourself off!

Also if you stick with it inverts in shoes will become as easy as without. It just takes time to adjust

I usually learn a new move in barefeet and then switch over to heels. I practise mostly in shoes but now I feel like I need to give equal time to both. I think because I've been neglecting barefeet poling, my toes aren't as pointed as they used to be even though I try to point them in heels.

    Hi Luvlee

I was referring to this site in my latest post as far as labels and colours:

    http://itac2.com/

The first site I used is now out of service. The 2nd site was microfiber.com and I just ordered from itac2.com (regular strength) because I read on ebay that Itac2 Extra Strength equals level 4 and that regular equals level 2 which is what I had originally. I hope that's why I see such a difference and that regular strength will be like what I started with.

I'll post back about the regular strength when I get it.
