Thanks for the response Cap & Chem
I'm so sure it was level 2. Even though the old container doesn't say. At the time I ordered, I think the website recommended that level for polers and the design had little pole dancer silhouettes on the container.
@Chem & Luvlee: It definitely dried out but I remember the first time I used it I was practically glued to the pole whereas in this container that says extra strength feels slippery. I'll try it more in depth over the weekend with pillows and put an update to say if it worked or not. (I'm so not interested in falling out of a holly drop even with padding!)
Also, the site doesn't seem to offer Itac in levels anymore. On the pole page the container pictured says level 2 but when you click to buy the choices are Regular or Extra Strength and the labels have different colors for different sports.

This tutorial by EmotionCatcher helped me:

I kind of had to play with the positioning of the bottom arm. It also clicked for me after I made sure to further roll back on to the shoulder until my balance felt secure enough to lift my legs.

Something about your awesomeness must've hit a nerve if she actually needed to take time out of her day to try and bring you down. I really believe misery loves company. Congratulations on your engagement this is a special time in your life!

For myself whenever I have a regular (at least once a day) intake of chopped up strawberries mixed with blueberries or half an avacado diced mixed with half a grapefruit. Everything runs smoothly. I also have to try not to over do eating too much bread type stuff or I have trouble. Without my regular dose of the above fruits my system just stays at a stand still. Also lol@Sascha, I know right. I'd only have a discussion like this with my closest friends or the entire Veener community!

I love the sexy side with shoes. I am trying to become more advanced for the contemporary style. I die everytime I see Pole Art competition vids. They are just so wow!

Alethea all the way! (but to be fair I haven't tried the others)

LMAO@Lyme: Super lol@ KEEP ON SPREADING THOSE LEGS!!!!!!!

If it's a sexy walk I like to drag my feet and stick out my chest and butt. If it's a contemporary music walk then I try even harder than normal to be on my toes and keep them pointed.

I think a constructive way to handle an issue like this would be to report copyright infringements to site administrators or flag illegal distribution of someone else's material whenever possible. You can also email links of material being leaked to the polers who created the product so they can take action as they see fit

I think I have a pole crush on you hehe

I think it was about 30 seconds each side and I was able to touch my toes right after. Another thing that helped me loosen up a bit more was sitting with one leg bent, foot pointing inwards (near the crotch not out behind the butt) while you stretch towards the opposite leg and then go into a straddle and stretch to the sides and towards the middle then try and touch your toes.
-
When I couldn't touch my toes my little sister told me to sit in a straddle position and stretch towards one side reaching for my toes and then repeat on the other side as well as stretch towards the middle. Then, try and touch the toes. It worked for me. You can try and see if it makes a difference with your progress 🙂
