Happy Birthday Veena and wish you all the best 🙂

So cool thanks for posting it 🙂

Here is some sort of arguement about it http://www.dance.net/topic/6730251/1/mo. If you scroll to the bottom the annoying guy who keeps telling everyone they are wrong without ever really clarifying what the difference is finally posts some links to dances categorized and modern and dances categorized as contemporary to show what's what.
I do notice that he placed Mia Micheals who Marlo Fisken studied with under contemporary.

This vid helped me
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7lUjNFabltk
I also sprayed my palms with firm grip for some extra protection. After practising the suggestions in the video. I would get in the postion at 8:11 and take my knees apart and then when I felt more comfortable then I'd take my feet off for a few seconds at a time.

So many great names here. Persian you reminded me of two more (Skitt & Emotion C) whose skills are so admirable and whose vids have helped me progress.
Another two I forgot are Leigh Ann Reilly. Even her vids from back in the day still keep me watching from start to finish. She has an ultra sexy style to her movement.

And Jannybugalicious. She does great floor work and I would kill for her flow. Her moves look so effortless and just blend together seamlessly. She makes everything she does look so easy

Rhiannon Nichole would be my choice for my pole hero https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif I love how she excels at so many different styles of pole dance.

I've had good luck with the veet was strips. Before applying I usually rub them vigorously in between my palms and then hold them up to a light to help melt them a but more. My only real tip would be to remember before pulling off any type of wax to pull your skin as taut as possible in the opposite direction.
For awhile I've been doing laser hair removal and sometimes use an epilator when I can't do laser because my skin gets way too itchy from shaving. The epilator is great when my hair is sparse but for the parts of my leg that are a little more full it hurts. I have to mentally prepare myself for it sometimes hehe
