Congrats! I feel excited for you 🙂
I love happy pole stories hehe
I’ve also been curious about an expert 45mm Chrome I have a 50mm ss too (which I love). I’m glad to see your new pole is not too slippery for you – that’s been my biggest hesitation in getting one. -

Usually if I want to see who danced to what song I’ll search youtube EX: biting down lorde pole dance. I also switch the words around and do another search in case – but it seems so far you have a song that hasn’t been done.

Totally feel you Web Junk! Lol @ polespotanitis I have it too along with highceilingalism, I’m compulsively summing up where it would be awesome to put a pole.

PS: He might try and come back with a compromise in order to stay in touch but be firm and decline any suggestion of contact outside of work and just repeat your reason. If he becomes repetitive in asking for the same things ignore him and save any messages in case you need proof of his behaviour.

Another way around this might be to tell him that he seems nice but for professional reasons you have a rule of not getting personally involved with any co-workers so you need him to stop sending messages to avoid complications.
You can tell him that you accept add requests in order to trade “likes” between you and your added contacts to help boost each other’s page – or word it however it makes sense (I don’t do facebook so I don’t know the proper terms hehe)

PS: Another thing about the top hand it looks too bent also – Straighten out and move back like in Karol’s tutorial

Hi Meg
I think 1st: in your starting position your body is side by side with the pole but it should be further infront so that when you bend down your head does not pass the pole
2nd: Also your top hand looks too high up, here’s a vid to check out https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RLMyrylJ4_g
3rd: It helps to keep your head down I think you need to bend much lower and get your bottom hand lower onto the pole tooI don’t know if you have Veena’s lessons but her tutorial helped me get it – Good luck 🙂

I don’t know any techniques I personally had to suck it up until my skin got used to it. My method was to try and repeat a new move as much as I could even if I was getting tired because I knew that after I stopped my skin would be too sore or bruised for a few days to continue practising the same move. As soon as I recovered I’d be back at it again and eventually there would be no pain after repeating the process enough times.

I couldn’t do any of the things you’ve mentioned when I started. I had to work for every move and every spin. I could never do the splits when I was younger either. Pole is great because you are about to discover all the things you never thought your body was capable of and pole doesn’t discriminate either. All ages, all body types all genders all everything are all welcome!!
I can do a front split now (still working on squaring it a bit more though – but I’ll take what I got so far) I just learned how to carwheel mount last month and my dance flow is getting flowy-er! Also if you check out Natasha Wang she had no dance or gymnastics background either and she is crazy amazing.

That was great – I love you’re vids in general. They picked the right person to spotlight!
