Hey girls! How is it going, did you fix it?

I have the same problem, but I have X-Pole Xpert. I cannot take out the pole from the base. I asked manager in my country, she said: "The base may not be pulling out because of the uneven floors. That is, if the pole stood at a slight incline, then all of the pressure fell on one side of the pin on the lower base, especially on a spins. There could have been formed the groove on the pin (dowel, connector)  flattened the metal. So the top of the pin, like a nail-head, doesn't let it to pull out now.

The only option is to leave it on a cold for a day, so metall get shrink.

Even if it won't work, don't worry, it's not so bad. The pole remains completely functional. It may also be installed on any surface, just the base will remain in the pole."

I left it on a cold  (-10 °C) for a night, and it didn't help 🙁 But may it will help somebody.
