    Btw not all pleaders fit the same way. I have a few pairs and some are more comfortable than others. Just be sure to buy from a place with free shipping and returns. I buy from shoebuy.com

    Wear what you want! No one is going to judge you and if you feel sexy in them then it will add to your dance. I am 5’8 and at first I felt I may look ridiculous but then you realize you are doing this for you and all the polers will be supportive. You are the biggest critique of yourself. Buy the shoes that catch your eye and don’t pay attention to the height!

    Welcome!  Body pump is such great strength class!  It really has helped me so much with moves for my pole.

    Hi everyone! I love how pole brings together people with so many different backgrounds. Currently I am working as a clinical microbiologist for public health. I specifically work with aerobic bacteria and identifications. My off days at the gym are my pole days at home and I love it!
