I ordered the Junkie mat too! She said it’s being shipped some time today, so it should be here in a week or so.

I’ll let everyone know how I find it!

I’ve been looking for their source for several weeks! It’s frustrating. I finally found the perfect pole shorts, and now….gone.

On the plus side, a friend of mine sent me this in an email earlier today…

I’m extremely random! There are weeks where I will do nothing at all, and then weeks where I spend every second I can on it.

What I try to do, is Friday, Sunday nights, and Wednesday mornings for an hour each. I go out with a friend on Tuesday and Thursday morning for a 1 hr speed walk session (until the cold really sets in, and we move inside to do stretching and pole work again). However, I do get easily sidetracked. For example, if I haven’t been sleeping well, I will sleep extra instead. Or I’ll get all dressed, warm up, and then I catch a glimpse in the mirror and get discouraged.

I want to get my time up to 7 hours a week and it’s currently at 3. But I still get sore from my one hour at a time, so I want to let it do it’s job and rebuild muscle to make me all strong and junk. I am getting less and less sore now than I did two months ago when I returned seriously to the idea of pole dancing. Baby steps, and build up slowly!

I have two pairs of the same shorts, Roxy, and adore them! They don’t really have the same ones anymore, but they have similar ones with their logo on it – I likely won’t buy more.

I like all different styles, honestly. When I’m trying to show off moves to friends who aren’t into pole dancing, I prefer full coverage. When I dance with my friends, as it is now, we mostly dance in boycut, or hipster style underwear. I’d be interested in buying all different types though, to be honest.

Does anyone know exactly how to order Alena’s crash mat? I’ve been trying for near a week now to figure it out. I went to her main site, and it doesn’t even discuss the mats. So I decided to use the ‘contact us’ feature on her webpage, and heard nothing back. I tried again, and got nothing. I feel like I have to be doing something wrong and there’s a pretty little webpage somewhere just waiting for me to order from it.

And maybe Alena is just real busy. I know she has something big going on in September. If anyone has had luck ordering her crash mat, could you please let me know how you ordered it? Thanks!

You have to watch thier other videos as well. Kym has an awesome personality and is always finding new ways to spice up old moves. (She’s the one with the red stripe in her hair.)

From Jamilla’s address to the US it says 4-6 work days with Registered Post International or for Air Mail going through Australia Post.

A possible fun game to open things up is to have some accessories (boa’s, satin gloves, wigs, etc). Be sure to have one of each. Have everyone vote who gets what? Or maybe everyone who tries a move gets an accessory of choice.

There’s all kinds of "What’s your Stripper Name" internet quizzes….maybe have everyone come up with a secret identity for the night, complete with outfit, attitude, and exaggeration. Getting to know the identities instead of the people you know, can be a whole heck of a lot of fun. But be careful – One time, someone came as me! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_razz.gif

A couple of ideas! Hope they at least start some brainstorming off in your own head.

    Hi Maney!

Wow! Another pole dancer in NB, Canada! Albeit, I’m in Moncton. I have montly pole jams in my apartment if you want to get together some Saturday evening or Sunday afternoon.
