You can contact PayPal and they will open up a case for you and they will get your money back can’t believe they have done this they were reAly bad with contacting me and didn’t get back to me until I said I wanted a refund then they said they have dispatched it hope you get it sorted!! I received my pole yesterday 🙂 very good the o ly fault I have found with it is that when climbing the pole it’s quite slippery u can’t hold yourself up you just slip down so I’m thinking I’m gona have to get some grip for it xx
