Give yourself rest days for stretching. Just like strengthening, your body needs time to recover from lengthening stretches. You will get farther in your flexibility (faster) if you allow your body to recover. Also get massages. If you are working on the splits have your hamstrings “stripped” It will help, trust me.
P.S. You can only be as flexible as you are strong. Do NOT forget to strengthen the muscle groups you are trying lengthen.

P.S. Try applying Tite-Grip on top of iTac, it keeps the iTac from getting slippery.

Before you try Botox try Drysol. It is an anti-perspirant that you apply twice a week at bedtime. I don’t have sweaty palms but I do have really sweaty armpits (I sweat through everything) I was considering Botox when I found Drysol in the supermarket. I tried it and it literally changed my life. I can wear anything now without having to worry about pit stains. You can use it on your hands and feet, but you have to keep them covered while you sleep. It’s 20$ here in Canada and definitely worth a try.
