Hi Veena. I know this wasn't written to me, but you said the right thing, I needed to hear that.  Been real disappointed at my skills this past week.

I had never thought about that! 😀 I have actually been thinking about how to make my scrubs all natural. So I'll definately try that. I did once scrub my entire body and face in strawberrys that I just mashed with my hands. But that was kind of really expensive, so its something I concider a rare treat for when I really deserve it.

I love that! I dont only use natural yet, but I love making my own face masks. Its quite fun to just mix something and see how well it works. 2 things I always do all natural is nose strips and facemasks. The face mask, I have "invented" myself. (Its problably been used before, but I did'nt find the recipe online)

Mash half a banana in a bowl. 1 tea spoone of rough salt and squeze half a lemon into it. Mix it around. Heat it for 10 seconds till it becomes gooey put not burning hot, and put it on your face for 15 minutes. It not only clears up my skin, but because of the lemon,it also fades any acne scars I've had.

The nose strips I found on youtube. Just put a teaspone of unflavoured gelatine and a teaspone of milk in a glass. Mix it around and heat it for 30 seconds. Then quickly put it around your nose. 5 minutes later you can peel it of like regular nose strips, but at a much lower price and all natural.

The only downsize to the nose strips is that once its heatet, it smells like baby spit-up. I put some alovera cream in it, if I feel like I cant take the smell that day. And also remember to wash the glass after you have put it on your nose. It hardens fast, and is a pain to wash up your glass, when too late.

Just figured I'd share it with you 🙂

This is a great idea! I've been quite desperate about getting better at pole lately. I just rounded 1 year and I also feel like I still suck. Can others join in? 😀

Its just so different from person to person. I personally cant find a catagory I fit into. I would love to be able to eat all healthy because it makes me feel in harmony. But I cant keep my wheigt up when eating healthy food. I read the word "diet" and I've lost 2 kilos right there. (well you know :)) Last year when I started pole dancing I decided to go all out and be totally healthy. It ended up with me going to the hospital with a wheight slidely under 35 kilos. I got a food-plan from a professional and that contained healthy foods to. I didn't gain any weight and I struggled to hold on to my current scale number. Finally the doctor said "Screw it. You eat thick gravie and dont say no to cake!" I then got a food plan that pretty much contained everything you would clasify as unhealthy, but it worked and I now weigh 45 kilos and Im still working on it, but I've never felt better. No one on a diet would look at my food and claime that I was healthy, but thats actually what I am. I agree with webmaster on living your life. I could stay in a bubble if I wanted and go on living for ages, but I'll have nothing in the end. I'll problably die from stress and over working, because my dream is to work as a doctor in a hospital but when its my time, I'll be at peace with it.. Wow, sorry for the rant..

To me, it would problably be a healthy thing eating that burger, so I dont get all the deseases underwheigt people gets. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_safesex.gif I think all adult people can make up their own mind. Its ok to think its absolutly disgusting, but I think in this case, if you eat a double bypass burger and have a heart attack, its like complaigning you got cancer from smoking.

I would however get upset, if it was a child.

Hoenstly, its up to yourself. No one else. I personally get angry at the fact that other people can take away my choises. They say that the grill has signs that warn people. They decided to eat there anyway. And as far as I know, you cant get sick from second-hand burger like smoking, so you only harm yourself by ignoring the warning. I think it is absolutly okay for a person to make that decition on their own.

Mighty grip powder usually helps. But somedays its so slippery I use gloves with tack.

  • Im very lucky with my ceiling height and i LOVE it! A coupleof months ago, we talked about buying our house and we wanted to make sure there was nothing better for us outthere. I catagoricle refused to even concider two of the houses because the ceiling wasn't high enough. My poor guy just have to put up with it I guess 😀
