I just wanna say, that I love this site and Veena! 🙂 My first day on this site I looked all the lessons trough (even though i couldn't even climb the pole yet) and thought " ohhhh my. I cant ever learn any of that!". But Veena is very good at teaching. When se starts to explain the move, she does it quick and easy. I also find myself thinking "Ofcourse! Thats how you do it!". So thank you Veena! I wouldn't mind waiting a year for a new advanced lesson, when it is done like you do.

I think Jenyne Butterfly is absolutely beautiful both as person and as a poledancer, but for some reason, I dont get that great feeling when I watch video of her.
Like with Veena or Felix. Everytime there is a new video, I can barely watch them to the end, because I get so inspired that I have to dance myself. 🙂

Hi Tara.
You where the first I saw poledance and the reason I bought my pole last year. I love your videos! I did not know, you suffer from anxiety. So do I.. I started cbt a little while ago, and its done so much for me already. Even quit my medication last summer. I wish you all the luck in the world. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_heart1.gif

All this site does is helping people who wants to learn how to pole. Everything Veena does on this site is what SHE thinks is best. Do you also think its bias that she shows her learning methods on a move and not ALL the ways you can learn it?
Sorry you dont like your pole. But its your own fault..

Thanks so much! I have purchased both and I really feel like the mighty grip powder helps. I havent tried the gloves, since the powder is already doing the trick. However I think I'll use the gloves for strenght exercises – they may prevent broken skin on my hands.

Im still hoping that someone has an opinion on this? What worked best for you?

My hubby is also a photographer! We met at a photoshoot a year ago. However HE bought me, my first pole and is now waiting patiently for me too learn it 🙂

Also I use veenas strength lessons, and I am getting stronger, quicker than I Expected. So it is only to help me get a bit tighter grip. 🙂

I dont Think I expressed myself right:) I know how to pole without it. and also to climb proper etc. I just mean it as I asked it. because it does give some mental protection, gives you more comfort when your not advanced yet. So i basically just want to know what works Best, the cream or the gloves? Thanks for your help 🙂
