All it really comes down to, is the individual person. I dont think my country is all its cracked up to be, but I know alot of danish people that I love. (I also dislike some:)) I really think its stupid for people to put races in categories. How do we know this anyway? How would I know if every single black person looks dirty? Im bound to be wrong, if I claim that, so why do it? I dont understand these people. I've experienced dangerous racism against danish people in 2006. A danish newspaper, published som very mean racist pictures of muslim faith. That was not okay, for the NEWSPAPER, but every dane got jugded. I've been in Tunesia, a muslim country, 12 times and I love it,so naturally that year, we went back. We had been told not to say we were from Denmark, beceause it could be dangerous. However, for us it was not an option. We had been in the same local area 12 times. They knew us.
Normally we were always welcomed greatly, but this year, the locals were silent, didnt  want to speak to us. One night some younger guys, threatened me and my former BF, but we were luckily able to talk ourselves out of a fight, by having to listen to nasty comment, about how stupid we were. I didnt have anything to do with that publishing, and I would never hve done such a thing, but Im still today, being jugded for it. Thats one of the reasons, Im not a proud dane.

Im danish. You might not be able to see it on my face, but its still not something that Im proud of. I find my own country to be snobby, fake and spoiled. Basically the mean girl, in class.

The CAR (ok,ok maybe its because Im not able to get it) but after I let it go, I starting thinking, that it looks too effortless, like "hey look at me, I can tilt backwards" – Great, just like every kid on the playground. Hehe.. Might be a slight jealousi thing. Never like front hook and back hook. They dont look beautful, but I learned them, because I can use them as transition. And the recently, I've seen people beginning to do the ayesha with feet pointing down, like flexing them, and I dont understand why you should mess up a beautiful line..

I've only had one accident. (funny enough, it happenede during the only time, I went against all safety rules) The first time I did my SM. It was at my party at my house. I was wearing full clothes, not warmin up and I'd had one drink. I was so eager, that I forgot I shouldnt place the pole on the left side of my neck, because of a beauty mark. I did the SM for the first time, and I was on top of the world so it wasnt untill someone shouted "there's blood all over your shirt!!!" I looked, and I saw it. Blood was everywhere, because the pressure of the pole, had ripped my beautymark to pieces! Needless to say, almost everyone attending my party, were doctors, who all wanted to see,if it was cancer.. It was POLE .. 😀 But Im never doing it, on that side again!

HI 😀 I spin 2 – 3 times in one pose. One always need a second, from when you are in the pose, til you are fully exstended – atleast I think so 🙂

I think it also have alot to do with the mental aspect.

I didnt invert for the first 6 months, but I gained alot of new strenght. I could lift to a pole-hold and then tuck, with ekstra strenght to tilt back. But I didnt invert. Everytime I tried, I didnt give it my all, because what would happen, if I actually got there. How would my head feel, upside down, would my grip be as good, not there is a different gravity, would I be able to think straight or would I panic?

Then I had a pole- photoshoot, and I dont know what it was, if I felt a need to great a great pictue of it, or if I wanted to make sure, to impress the photographer, but I felt an enormous desire, to do it, and there it was.

Some anti-depressants also cause water to build upin your body. It probably is not just that. But if you get that side affect, along with cravings and/or bigger apetite, you will most likely gain weight.

A couple of years ago, I was on anti depressants, and they took all my apetite (along with the lady button going numb) basically they numbed my every need. I didnt feel "sexually enlightened", hungry, sleepy, sad or happy. I was just productive in things like school, work, cleaning. I switched to another brand and lower the dosis, that made me more normal again, so I could eat again.

My advice, is to experiment with dosis and brand. It is so different for everyone. And you shouldnt have to reject cravings, if they are not naturally yours.

Runemist34 is spot on 🙂 A good thin to remember is, that spinning mode, is all about holding the pose, instead of creating the momentum, like you would on a static. Its a great strength builder 🙂

Yes, definetely make sure you have Veena's lessons. Then you dont even have to ask or think about what to learn first. She has the lessons in order from beginner to advanced. I did it in her order, listened to her advice, and I've never had an injury or unexplainable pains.
