Thank you everyone =) I am having to kick a bit to get up so that makes sence I was wondering if that was why I do not have the lessions but perhaps I will get tthemeveryrhing I have taught myself the past year has mostly been from watching youtube tutorials. I have been doing the leg tucks( where I have strong grip on the pole and then bring my knees to my chest) which I can do controled I just dont quite have the abs for a full controlled lift =\ I will try and upload a video.
