My boyfriend uses MyProtein and gets his whey protein from there… I’m just wondering if anybody has tried this out as I’m new to it? He loves it but I’m not sure if it’s for me?

You guys keep talking about pulling a intercostal muscle and I think this might be the answer I have been looking for, it happened doing the exact same thing – I barely find time to go to the doctors and our waiting time is awful…

How did you guys go about healing – I know I know rest it but was there anything else??

    Sincerely…. IN PAIN!

    Aussie.
I always recommend their products. ALL of them!

My hair is naturally frizzy – white texture but afro-carribean style so the hair dressers say… which means I can’t use the products developed for the frizziness of my hair – waaaay too heavy.
The joys of being mixed race haha!

Aussie is like the God of beautiful hair.

One of the girls in the new versions of 90210 learns how to do bits of it for a music video she’s filming … Sorry I’m not an avid watcher so I’d struggle to know what episode or season lol!

I've only ever properly fallen once… about 2 months back and I still get a little scared. We were basic inverting – A LOT – because a few of us were new to the class and she didn't know what we could and couldn't do. It was SO hot and I knew I was tired. So I've inverted, took my hands off, twisted round facing the floor ready to come down. Everything like usual.

Then as I'm sliding down the pole with my arms and hands out ready to touch base with solid ground my legs gave way and my hands – instead of hitting the floor like they are meant to – slid forward and I landed on the top part of my left chest and my chin – legs still half suspended… pretty funny if you imagine it in your head – believe me all I could do was laugh – a mix of embarrassment and pure surprise.

Now I'm attempting any move my teacher will give me from Gemini's to Elbow grips – any of it. But when she says 'Invert and come down so we can check our grip' I still have to have her come and stand and spot me out of pure fear when I twist and look straight down to the ground.

I do it because I enjoy how I feel when I master a move, see myself getting stronger, more flexible, fitter! Not because I have been manipulated into it by the community or my teacher.

    How dare they.

It is ridiculous how prejudice people can be out of pure ignorance. They SHOULD NOT discuss things they know nothing about.
