At this time I am unable to use it due to damage it caused to the ceiling. My husband will not allow it to be put back up in the house. I am currently working on getting a stage. I have not decided on what type of stage to get.
I hear the X=stage Lite is out and this would work great for me, however I have never used chrome.
My hands are super sweaty as well so some are saying Brass is the way to go. The only company I know of that makes a Brass stage is P.S. Is that true? -

I too injured my rhomboid muscle sept 3rd working on inverts and it was the last one I did that got me. I was working on the chopper. Sounds like I did it wrong as well. DANG IT!! Thanks for posting all this information on care for the area. I should have rested but I finally had some time to pole so I went right back to it. However I found that I could hardly climb it hurt so much and the strength just want not present. So I am letting it rest and it is killing me because I have the time to pole right now but not for long. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cry.gif

I do not see a problem with pole for the kids. I myself teach bellydance to children. My youngest student is 5 years old. People still have a problem with children learning bellydance even after they have seen what bellydance really is. I wish we had a pole studio in my area. I just started pole at home and my niece is really interested she is 12 but her mom said NO WAY!! She will not let me pole if she is at my house. I told her I don’t get it. It is not dirty if you don’t make it dirty. I agree if you don’t make it dirty they will not no it is dirty.
