Pues a ver, yo compré la XPert en http://www.verticalfitness.co.uk/ y la verdad es que estoy contenta. Ya te digo que no he probado la XSport, pero me decanté por la XPErt pq la puedes poner en modo Spin, que ahora no utilizo, pero espero hacerlo con un poco más de entrenamiento!!!

Goofy, la Xpert es genial!!! La monto yo sola en menos de 10 min. y eso teniendo en cuenta que la mia mide 3’51m. por lo que pesa bastante, pero aún así, lo hago sin ayuda.
La verdad es q no he probado la XPole, así que no puedo comparar, pero esta es muy recomendable!!!!!

sfida, tomátelo con calma, y sobre lo de los años, es lo de menos, lo que importa son las ganas que tengas y el empeño que le pongas.

Goofy, acabo de comprarme una XPert, mañana viene un amigo a colocarme una especie de viga en el garaje, ya que mi techo es ovalado y no puedo apoyar la barra si no pongo algo… Sabes si los movimientos están traducidos en español en algún sitio? Es decir, me gusta y prefiero saber los nombres en inglés, pero nunca está de más saber cómo se llama en tu lengua…

Spain sucks…. hahaha… most of the people here don’t know what pole dance is, except from the striptease, of course!!! But I think that in maybe two years it will be a fashion sport in all the gyms, like what happened with yoga and tai-chi…

Pues en Barna pasa lo mismo, las clases son carísimas!!!! Pero creon que en un par de añitos se igualará a Londres y américa, o eso espero…. Yo lo que he pensado es pagar alguna clase paryicular alguna vez, para cosas puntuakles que no me salgan y tal… pq si no me voy a arruinar!!!

I could be mistaken, but isn’t it the case with concrete ceilings that you can put the pole anywhere? Your ceiling looks like it’s made out of concrete bricks?

Yeps, the problem is that is oval. I don’t know if you can appreciate on the picture, but it does a curve. Do you think that I can put it there anyway ?

mmmm it’s made of a kind of strong plaster… and i think there is no joists or studs in the ceiling,
what do u think?

I don’t want to fall down and open a hole!!! so, maybe I have to find somewhere else…
