Color removers shrink pigments and when you wash the hair, it takes the dark pigments out, but it leaves little "color holes" behind in your hair, which makes it porous and more likely to take color. Bleaching just eats out the little color molecules, but it isn't designed to work with color that isn't naturally occurring in your hair. If you bleached black hair, you may have lightened the whole bit, but some of the color may still be deposited and is just bleached to orangey molecules, rather than leaving molecules empty. Bleaching again may very well only take you to where you already are but damage it further. If you are certain you want to do this on your own, and you don't want to use a pigment remover, you could try bleaching with a stronger mixture, but I'm not sure I would do that if it was me. The color removers won't make promises on very dark colors because its a LOT of pigment to remove. The remover, at any point, will simply do its best to take out the unnatural color molecules. If you think the bleaching did that and you're working with natural pigmentless hair (which IS typically orange, as seen on natural redheads) you can go straight for the bleach and pay attention to how many levels lighter you want to go (or, if its light enough but just orange, you can see if you can neutralize it with some blue toner) There really is no way to predict the results with hair thats been processed a lot without a strand test or some trial and error. You have to consider that even dark dyes still use ammonia to bust open your hair follicle, possibly peroxide to take out some natural color, and they deposit super dark molecules into the strand. Then when you condition you just smooth the strand as much as possible locking that molecule in. So your hair, if you've been dying black black/blue reddish/black for a while, has more damage to it than just this one shot bleach job.

Everyone is going to tell you to go to a salon. As for me, if you have hair color deposited, bleach won't necessarily lift it. I'd use something like Oops color remover to remove the deposited color. Then I'd wash it about 3 times and condition it like crazy with protein fillers and keratin. Theres a brand of powder bleach called prism lights, its really good for lightening without having to use a toner. I think the blue would be better than purple if your hair is really orangey. If it is more yellowy, use the purple kind. Depending on your hair, and how light you want to go, you can use a 30 or 40 vol developer (20 if you want to keep it very minimal and you can use minimal time and what not) Thats what I do with mine and its an awesome awesome blonde, and its nice and soft too. A few broken hairs, but thats what I get for dabbling so much lol. If after you lighten it, it is still too brassy, go for a really really blue/purple toner to lay overtop. Good luck!!!! And condition like crazy! I like Paul Mitchel repair, Hask Henna Placenta leave in (the extra damaged kind, or the with olive oil kind) The Hask Henna Placenta hair mask is good too. ApHogee two step protein infusion is a pain in the butt but it is the absolute best restorative there it. You wash, put the gunk in, and blow it dry without moving it, it hardens into a crisp, then you gently wash it out and condition. Hair is a zillion times better after. I love this stuff too, available most places: http://www.organixhair.com/category-title/752  They have a Moroccan Argan Oil line thats good too.

Wow you sound a lot like me with your decision making. They always say do what scares you. This would be a blind leap but I have faith there are unseen spectacular nets to catch those willing to jump. The jump is still scary haha

I think the best that could happen where I am is what’s happening. I go to work, get a paycheck, go home. The worst is they find out how much company time I spend on Veena and fire my ass lmao. My job performance is declining because its miserable and I just don’t want to be there I don’t feel good about the company. The worst thing that could happen at the new place is I suck and get fired. The best is that I get my foot in the door of yet another industry I’m building a resume and the job is something I can do anywhere in the world once I have experience. Theyre flexible if I have a paid gig. I can get to doctors appointments without constant harrassment. They even pay for my gas. I’d be the manager which is even better for the resume. I can organoze everything and be left alone to do my thing and do it awesomely. This is way better than a circle diagram to make this decision haha. I sometimes fear I’m looking through rose glasses though because of how unhappy my current job is. But in the last 6 months I’ve applied to other banks, retail stores, even the dollar tree because anything would be better. I was ready to quit with no backup. Why don’t I feel so up against the wall now? I guess cuz someone took the wall down. I used to say I felt like a trapped chess piece, unable to move in any direction, but a step in any direction would be better than stagnation I am in. I’m also really amazed cuz a psychic told me this was coming. Didnt write her off but didn’t bank on it either. I had been looking for four years. Wild.

Well if you can't exchange, it will also you flexibility for differing heights if you ever take your pole out, and I think minimizing extensions is a good idea. Good luck!!

Yeah put the 125 on top of all of that and see if it doesn't take the thread down a bit.

You should have a 125 and a 250 that came with the pole, and you have a 750 you bought already. So wheres the 250 you're not using?

So it was base, A pole, B pole, 750, 250, top piece, dome. (or maybe it was base, A, B 750, 125, top piece, dome, but thats how you have it now right?) But it worked well. Maybe you need to add that section to the top to make up for the 13 cm…

But I think I used the 750 extension with the 250 extension that came with it, and left the shortest one out. Or maybe it was the 750 with the short one and the 250 left out. Either way…

Mine has that o ring on there, I think its just to act as a bumper for the adjuster cover if it was lower. And yes, buying the extra extension is what I did just because it felt nicer.

When I had 9ft ceilings I had the pole way up on the thread to make the contact. I ended up getting an extension because I didn't like it, but it was probably structurally ok if x pole says its ok…

My husband has done similar things. He feels he's doing all the work because he has a job. I feel I'm doing all the work because I have a job and have to manage a lot of the household. We both end up exhausted, I need a massage, he needs a massage, we're both too tired to give anything up. But getting off topic, I will practice, and he will see that as a dance for him. When I tell him basically that I need to practice and he's a distraction, he's rejected. Then I actually DO a sexy dance for him and he's like "I figured you were just practicing again" I feel like screaming "HOW CAN YOU NOT TELL THE DIFFERENCE DENSE HEAD!!!" then he will ask for a dance at 10 30 at night after he's been indulging in his affair with the TV on the couch since he got home from work and I'm tired, my alarm comes early, and I'm just not able to get in the mood when its that freakin' late. If its important he could turn the TV off and pay some attention to me. He ALWAYS ignores my signals that I want lovey time, and then blames me that he doesn't get it enough. I tell him its that its not romantic for me to have to spell out "I would like to have relations with you this evening". Sure, sometimes thats whats called for, but can't he ever just let things unfurl?? And why is it soooo horrible when he gets rejected, but I'm supposed to just accept rejection because he's dense as marble. Its always all my fault and never his. I wish I was in an income bracket that would allow us to have help around the house or a monthly massage to take the burden off but I don't. We have to take care of ourselves or take care of each other or something. I am SOOOO glad he is going to St. Louis next week I need a vacation from my husband! Good luck to us all SMH

I've never cut my cats nails, but they do have scratching post and a flat kong cardboard scratcher. I don't like letting the cats outdoors so I never did leash training, but a friend has two cats and they both like leashes. My cats have a waterfountain pet bowl they LOVE water. Every cat I've ever had, stray or not, has used a litter box naturally. Only my oldest will go outside of it if I did a bad job keeping it clean…

The links aren't working for me so I can't see the pictures. If she's eating solids, go for kitten food, I like Purina. If she isn't, you may need to give her food with water in it to make it a little mushy until she can chomp. For young kittens, gentle dish detergent like Dawn is the best for a bath, after that, they should pretty much keep themselves clean. If she is young, it will be a bit before you can use flea and tick preventative. And get her spayed and kitten shots and everything when shes 8-12 weeks. They will usually do fecals, make sure she doesn't have worms or earmites (common in kittens). Annual visits usually do well after the initial kitten stuff. Some vaccines if you choose to get them will need booster shots. Rabies is needed to keep up to date, often by state or local law.

Those are good ones!!! I do squats and plies in the elevator sometimes, at my desk my boss laughs and says I look like a wack a mole. I already sit on a balance ball and there are hoops at my desk so I'm not TOO concerned about funny looks. Mostly I use my desk like a ballet barre. Always working on hamstrings and flexors, sooo tight in my upper legs.
