X-pole carries all the old extensions on their website. It looks like they are out of the chrome 50mm/500mm extensions, but the titanium is $40
You might wanna call them and see when they will get more chrome ones in.

I have used one, It's really nice in my opinion. Here's a video I did on one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZM0fMyAlEew (You can skip through my silly intro)
As you can see, the pole wobbles a little, but the base never moves, and I was throwing all my weight into it. Wonderful product in my opinion.
Also, I had never set one up before, and I got it all together in under 20 minutes.

What to do?When you tighten your pole, it should be only wound up to the point where you feel resistance, you shouldn't ever have to use a lot of muscle to put it up. Then I just shake the pole back and forth to make sure the base on the ceiling isn't moving.
I would losen it all the way up and try one more time. The only time I have ever experienced clicking is when the pole is too tight to the ceiling.

It's called Pole-A-Palooza. It takes place at either Haze, Jet, or The Bank in Las Vegas. Jenyne has done it and won many many times.
Here's Jenyne ripping it up: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nk8T0nakWYw

I don’t know if this has been posted yet but this is straight from my husband after seeing this post:
You might be married to a pole dancer if every time you clean out the lint trap on the dryer, it’s full of glitter. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

My friend Val and I do "Pole Go-Go" on Friday and Saturday night downtown Phoenix, we do 20 minute sets (which is really difficult because it’s not just regular go-go) But it’s lots of fun and best of all…no stripping.https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

Charley, I would really appreciate that! I feel so strange when I am dancing without a pole https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_redface.gif
