Thanks! I’ll check Ikea.

Thanks for all this great advice! I admit that I’m guilty of just repeating the invert obsessively, rather than doing specific conditioning exercises. I’ll definitely work on those tucks, straddles, and pikes, and take another look at Veena’s invert program.😄

Great advice! You’re so correct about the lats, Runemist34. I keep forgetting to engage them! And I’ll practice more fan kicks as well. 😀

They are adorable, grayeyes! Not what I need for this routine, but maybe I can find another excuse to buy them…

Absolutely love it!😄 And an excuse to buy shoes!!🤗

Thanks! Beautiful spin. I’ll try it tonight! 🙂

Yes, MdawWat, still struggling with this move! I’ve tried all the options, but think I need to work on more stability with my bottom hand and shoulder. I can’t find the Superman Spin, so, if you could point me there, I’d appreciate it!

Thanks, StrangeFox! I’ll try your tips. I tried the invert entry last night, but couldn’t quite manage it. There’s obviously something that my body’s not getting. My lower body is pretty dense while my arms are skinny and stringy, so it may just be that I have to become more stable with that lower arm gun grip.

Thanks, Veena! I’m sure I haven’t done that enough.

Thanks, Allison! You make this look so easy and beautiful. I’ll try it tonight and let you know how it goes!

Thanks! I’ll upload something when I get a chance, Veena. I just tried to upload my video from the PSO competition in Florida last August (Level 1, Grand Master), but the file is too big. It’s really clear in that video how awkward my spinning pole technique is. Since then I’ve actually avoided taking video of myself on my spinning pole because I’m so frustrated with it.

Thank you, Veena! I have looked at many of your spin tutorials, and they are great. I seem to just be developmentally delayed when it comes to landing and transitioning spinning pole moves. So I was hoping to get some really specific help with that. It’s especially challenging for me because I haven’t had any live classes in spinning pole. Tutorials are awesome, but sometimes I need a live person!

Great advice about the slip-ons, Cherished. I was concerned about the shoes falling off, so it’s reassuring to hear they’ll stay on.

Thanks, Dustbunny! I’m a beginner, so I tried it with beginning spins like fireman on a static pole. I got pretty stuck.
