    It’s also VERY important to make sure installation is on studs in your ceiling. If you aren’t sure, use a stud finder. If not properly installed on a ceiling stud, your pole will certainly fall down. Good luck.

    I suppose my OCD took over and I thought I had to stay with one lesson all the way through and then move on to the next lesson haha! There are so many amazing videos and lessons here I can’t wait to really dig in. Veena, I saw in an older discussion that you had a 30 Day Abs but I couldn’t find it. Is it still posted and where can I find it?
