I can use lotions up to about 2 hours before practice with out problems and I get better grip if i use lotion the same day i go poling. Just remember to massage the lotion really good into the skin. Stripping is fine and pole dancing is fine. And those who dont agree can just have theyr close minded opinion if they want and I couldnt care less. This song has nothing to do with you at all. It wasnt written about you personally and I really dont think that anyone else is reading anything into this video at all exept some non stripping pole dancers.
I don’t think there are double standards. I think that because the name of the song is Porn star dancing. Then it just seems so normal to have poledancing in the video. Pornstars/strippers are very often pole dancers. The dancers in the video are supposed to play the role of the porn star dancing (and I think most people agree) and why would people be commenting that those are strippers or porn stars when that seems to be obvious in the video. Therefore, no double standards. No one is mixing together the stripper/pornstar/whore/slut (what ever people may call them) with the pole dancing fitness non stripping women in the video. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif
Personally I dont mind people connecting pole dancing with stripping or something else. Its one of the things that makes pole dancing so exciting. And its still a big taboo for some. I dont want that to go away. People wouldnt be nearly as intrested in our dancing if it werent for that.

I prefer spinny. But I think having the option to set the pole on both spin and static is great since people have different preferences.

Just tried Itac2 level 2. On my hands and my legs. Liked it. Not slippery and not too grippy. Level 4 was extremely grippy. And I used it on a brushed stainless steel pole.

Just got my Itac2 level 2 and level 4 today and a sample of level 3.
I tried level 4 tonight and it gave me crazy grip! I put it on my feet and my hands. And I was not slipping at all. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

I think climbing up the pole and kind of sliding down a few times after I am warm myself warms the pole up pretty fast.

CALLUS SHAVER!! Its the shit https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif My hands get really sore if the calluses get too big. Then they just hurt með more then help me so I shave them of about every other week I think. But Always leave a little bit. I tried the nail file and this that works just like nail file but is for the feet but it doesnt work very well for me. Callus shaver is best for removing calluses! And I have used a boxcutter to wich worked fine to. You just got to be really careful with that.

I got my first split ever today! I have been going to these stretching classes 2 times a week at the pole studio I go to that focus only on stretching for splits. I have been taking those classes for about 2 months except for july. Today I managed to get into a split finally! I was so happy. But then when I tried again I couldn’t do it.. ARgghh. But was VERY close to it. Anyways. I just had to tell everyone about this and I feel so accomplished even if I could only do it once https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_razz.gif I just hope that I will get better at it and be able to do it always! Not just once.

I think that its great for kids to learn how to pole. But I just have to say why would she name the classes sexy flexy?! I really dont think thats a good idea even if they are not teaching them to be sexy. And the newslady was a bitch too. =/
