I would also like to see as many as possible ways to get into and out of moves 🙂

I have heard that stretching after training also makes difference. Your muscles don't get as big if you stretch really good. Don't know if that is true or not. I stretch for about 10-15 minutes after every practice and I have pretty toned muscles. But I dont know why that is. I eat pretty unhealthy though :S

She did nothing dirty. She was only sexy and nothing wrong with that.. It fitted the video and song perfectly 🙂
I also don't think stuff like this will put pole dancing in the wrong direction since there are many directions you can go with pole dancing and all of them should be accepted. EVEN stripping. 🙂

I have had my split for almost 6 months but it is not completely reliable unless Im really warm and have done some stretching first. And usually when Im down in a split there is a small gap between me and the floor but just about big ebough so that I can put my hand flat underneath my self. while in the split. I have been stretching about 4 times a week this month and Im not getting any closer. My front leg is completely flat but it is the back leg that is the problem now.
Im going to try putting something underneath the legs and hope that it will help. I really really want to be able to do a split in the air without needing gravity to get a flat split.

Hahaha! Wow this was too good!!

I think I have just like average hand size, theyre not big and not small. I think that 45 is probably more comfortable.
I use both 38mm stainless steel and 50mm chrome and I like the 38mm so much better. I have tried 45mm also a few times. I personally prefer anything smaller then 50mm. 🙂

I remember when I was learning the cradle spin. It was soooooooooo hard! I couldn't believe it. I definately think that it is one of the hardest beginner/intermediate spins.
Good luck practicing it! 🙂

Try working on something new or other then you are used to. If you are mostly practicing tricks try putting on your favorite music something that inspires you or makes you feel good and just dance and vice versa.
Just an idea 🙂

Well I didn't completely disassemble it. I took the pole down, removed the top dome, checked it, put it back on and then put the pole back up. 🙂

The leg trap!! 🙂
And the separate splits training/stretching section sounds like a great idea since so so many are trying to get the splits 🙂

My pole started clicking all of a sudden. I tried untightening wich didn't work. I had to take it down and put it up again and then it stopped 🙂 Try taking it down instead of just untightening 🙂
Here's the thread I started when mine was making noises.

Stay hydrated and drink enough water. I've heard taking omega oils or something like that might even help. And the others gace good advice too 🙂

I have had mine for a few years. Its not a diva cup or moon cup. But it looks the same and should work the same too.
I had a hard time using it a first. For a time I had such a hard time getting it in and removing the cup that I stopped using it a year. Then sometime later I had my period and didn't have any tampons or anything else in the houst so I had to use the cup.
It got in easy and out easy and I have been using it since.
I don't ever hear a pop when I insert or remove it. I doubt that this pop is neccesary. I fold mine with the C fold and then I get it in holding with my fingers as far as I can then slowly I let go. I dont like the Idea of it popping. Hehe. Then I grab the bottom of the cup and twist it to eel if its in place.
Then to remove it I grab the bottom and pull it out back side first.
It might take a while to get the hang of it and you might experience some discomfort at first just like I did. Good luck 🙂
