One thing that helped me was hands low by your chin. Bottom one almost in line with your inside shoulder, top near your chin.Pull your knees to your chest then think about tilting back and looking at the wall behind you. I had the hardest time for awhile and then one of my instructors pointed out that I wasn't allowing my upper body to move down and I was straightening my arms. Keep your core and biceps tight, elbows bent, and look back. This also works for the chopper. Oh and make sure you hips are really in front of the pole.Like almost resting your inside buttock agianst the pole.

Body Zone is nylon and spandex and should dye well with a heavy dye bath ( boil on the stove top) you should wash it with a frangrance/dye free detergent first. Here is a site that has tons of info on dying fabrics.

I would do a test with a top or something that you don't mind losing if it goes all wonky. An old swimsuit( without a liner) might work.

I've always thought Metro by Berlin was very sexy. In the Air Tonight by Phil Collins, Slow and Easy by White Snake. I also think Radar Love by Golden Earring is pretty sexy ( late 70's early 80's) but that's just me.

I should prolly mention I've been a barber for the past 14 years. I mostly work with men's hair and guys tend to be very simple with there hair and color choices.
