When my pole gets stuck, I put frozen peas on the joint. A bag on each side. Let it sit for about 10 mins or so.The cold will shrink the joints. After that getting it apart with the c tools is pretty easy. I also use a lubricating spray on the joints.I hope this helps. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

Hi Glitter,
I have issues with belly fat also. From everything I’ve read cardio and a balanced diet is the way to go.don’t forget to drink 64oz of water per day ( add 8oz for every 10lbs your overweight)
I don’t think you should do lipo. Why? My mother in law has a neighbor who had it done around 15 yrs ago. What they don’t tell you is that once they remove the fat cells, there gone. So what happens when you gain weight? Well the fat goes to other places, like your ankles. Hello Cankles.Upper chest, hips and back. Gross. Plus it’s kinda scary and like every surgery, has risks.
If you haven’t done it, get tested for food allergies. Wheat allegries even mild ones, can cause excess belly fat.
Welp that’s all I’ve got.I hope this helps.
P.S. This is a big one,and prolly should have been first. Don’t judge yourself against others, your body is your own. Your beautiful the way you are and judging yourself against other women is doing a disservice to YOU. Everyone is built differntly and some people are supposed to have lovely, little curvy figures. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif
