I was so angry I went to my barnes and noble and all they had was the art of pole dancing peekaboo! They didn’t have any other ones! I was very dussapointed in barnes and noble. So off to eBay https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif but thank you for the book titles and information now I’ll know what I’m looking for:)

I usually just do differen moves one after another and then when I reach a move that I am really struggling with I just practise it for a while till I’m either really worn out with it or until I finally nail it then I move on. It’s hard for me to practice because my boyfriend has friends over alot and I feel weird when their there watching because they are so close minded! Haha but maybe one day I will get Into a routine workout!

i am in love with the idea of the challenges!.
im losing some motivation because of how sick i have been
ive had 5 doctors appts this month already and another one tomorrow https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cry.gif
so with these challenges im thinking it will boost my motivation a lil bit https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif
Im not very good yet only able to do basic spins nothing technical https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif
so this might also get me to try more complex moves!
here are some ideas that i could think of1. do a routine using a scarf
2. do a routine to a backstreet boys song https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_DJ.gif
3. do a routine to classical music
4. do a routine with a partner
5. do a routine with pants on
6. very very high boots
7. black lights
8. strobe lightsjust a few randoms. well ill be checking back every day for new posts. and awaiting the first challenge! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_mrgreen.gif

I also accomplished another move but I don’t know the name I’ll post pictures later https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif hopefully I can be upside down like u in two weeks haha! I was really excited so I thought I would share it with you guys also :] happy holidays and happy poling!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_mrgreen.gif

ok i was wondering if anyone knew any ways to strengthen my wrists. the pain in my wrist gets pretty bad after a few moves on the pole. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_redface.gif im hoping its because i have never really worked them this much and they are just really sore. But if you have any suggestions on how to get past that they would be greatly appreciated. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif Also how long does it take to be able to hold urself up on the pole in any sitting position with ur legs. because my skin i think wants to tear off haha. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_scratch.gif I was able to do the butterfly the very first time i got on the pole (not very well i might add) but not any more haha i think it was beginners luck https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif because i cannot do it anymore haha! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif
