    i have a question…am i supposed to get an xpole or what do u recommend??

    would it be bad to get a pole that is just static?

    or shouldi get a pole that spins as well?

    i have had mine for about 6 years. i got lucky and only was unable to eat for one day at least comfortable..lol..

    i did it when i was 15 and my mom didnt notice i stuck my tongue out at her without realizing it https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif

    but for me it did not hurt one bit when it was done…it hurt more when i tried to eat later that day….my ears and my belly hurt 100 times more than my tongue
