hi, a few weeks ago Prana from France came by for a workshop.. and it turned out she was allergic to something in the chromepole.. I guess it was nickel too. She taped the x-pole with a layer of clear tape and it works pretty well she said. And the tape will give you some extra grip.. so that s another plus 😉 Hope that helps.. as it is a cheap alternative 😉

I m having that problem too. A week ago I tried so hard to get this move and i repeated it like 20 times.. after a while a noticed that I hurt my boobs and got red marks on it. But I think my nails were just too long , that might not have happend if I cut them short 😉

I love this trick . Anastasia makes this look super easy (as it seems to be just an superman variation) but the amount off back flexibility here is easily underestimated.
I tried it and got the first part but was struggling to grab my second leg without falling off the pole. But now i m motivated to get there and increase my back flexibility 😉

hi there,
i never tried this move but i think you could just get into it from a simple gemini and then work yourself up . similar like in the viwa move . I m going to try it today 🙂

I m also currently working on my back flexibility and your stretches are great but when it comes to that ankle grab thing where you lie on your belly and push yourself up and back by grabbing your ankles how do you manage to do that? Everytime i try im just pushing myself up but it s impossible for me to push myself back just my legs… Do you have any advice? -
Hi i m not sure if this helps you but if i understood you right you want the candy color by bleaching not by dying?
My ends are bleached ..they re nearly white. Afterwards i dye my whole hair bright red the bleached part is pink…but it fades out after a few times of washing so at the end it s like really blond which is the look i want to achieve.red at the top with blonde ends.
Personally i d say bleaching down to a certain color is super hard .i would really recommend that you get your white first then apply a semipermanent pink color or a permanent red color (with fades to pink).
I dont think that a natural color can turn into a pink just by bleaching. But i m not an expert!
Hope i could help a bit..if not sorry
Ps you can mix semi permant colors to the shade you want 🙂 -

The very first move maria is doing is just super awesome…going to try that but i doubt that i will be able to do it :/
Thx for sharing! -
well i actually like wearing heels but not for dancing. For me it s exactly the same with the pointed toes…it s almost like a reflex and heels are kind of disturbing. I think it s great that you want to give the heels a try. haha yes I see , the frog position..it s chinese pole style I think..so you can always claim that you re more into the chinese style of pole dancing 😉
