So I know this is late but just wanted to add my two cents.
I have a Lil’ Mynx too. My first one kept doing that and the CEO called me to troubleshoot and we couldn’t figure it out so he sent me out a new pole (at no charge to me) and had me ship back my old one (again no charge or hassel, they took care of it all). So customer service-wise I am really happy.
But it was probably the carpet, I have a squishy carpet too, and since I’ve accounted for it the pole has been solid as a rock for any spin or inversion that I’ve done.
So Lil’ Mynx as a pole company is great, you just have to be careful to account for carpet softness.
