oh! sorry! i thought that only applied to actual pole tricks. i thought things like shaking your booty and floorwork and stuff like that would be ok, like for example sascha´s floor and chair vids… -
hey girls!
so im still working on the pop, but i can do the clap pretty well now. well… if im concentrating and in the proper position i can do it. still can´t just go into it like my booty was born to clap but i´m getting there. gelina´s tutorial was awsome and i´ve been practicing for weeks. usually at the bar i work part time, when things are really slow and im bored i stand behind this little partition in the service area that hides my lower half so i can clap me ass and still keep an eye out on the tables. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif my co-workers think im mad but now that im able to do it a couple of them have asked me to teach them! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_rolleyes.gif
this week was the first time i did it in heels. i thought it would be harder but it was actually easier after having practiced so much flat-footed. starting with the heels would have been alot harder i think.
anyway, it´s not easy but the more you do it the better it gets!
and by the way, i still don´t understand why gelina didn´t post these vids directy here on sv, it would be so much easier for everyone here to use.

veena´s lessons are great. very easy to understand. if you´re having trouble with a move you can post a vid and veena and everybody else will help you figure it out. and you can start using them right away!

the dvd´s are in and are being sent out as we speak! just got an email from shawn in reply to one i sent earlier today asking for an update. so you lucky ones in the states will probably be getting it in a few days, unfortunately i´ll probably have to wait another 1 or 2 weeks to recieve it here in europe.
so whoever gets it first please please tell us all about it!!!!

omg! im just in shock! what happened? does anyone know? i was chatting with her just the other day…
Caramel was my first friend here on sv. my first pole dancer friend. many times we chatted for hours and sometimes i´d watch her sunset through the webcam at the same time watching my sunrise (so cool being on exactly oposite sides of the world) , reminding me i really had to get to bed. she was so easy to tallk with. and besides being sweet she was funny and.. sometimes naughty…hehe.
i will sooooooo miss her! -

glad the nightmare is over. keep it up with the not answering the phone thing. once they figure out that they can´t con you into doing all those extra shifts anymore they´ll move there asses and get someone else to do them!

i also prefer the cleaner look here on sv. most of the other sites have this option and i don´t really like it. especially when people overdo it. and then it´s so repetitive…
anyway, its so easy to acsess everybody´s profile where we can put, if we want, extra info such as links to personal sites and stuff like that.
and if you really want to, you can just make up a simple signature like me:

i agree that it would be much better, faster and easier if the comments were displayed with the most recent ones first!!! it´s a real pain in the a$$ to find the new messages!and i am also patiently waiting for some kind of notification function. e-mails wouldn´t even be necessary, just something to inform us the same as when we have a new friend or letter would suffice!

i´m a trash rat! i´ve found the most wonderful things! i cannot pass a skip without taking a peek!
i´m planninning on mirroring a wall somewhere in the near future, but in the meantime i´ve been using 4 old mirrored wardrobe doors i found in a skip at the end of my street. one is unfortunately a fat mirror and another has a funky reflection and they´re all different sizes and not very big but it sure beats dancing to a white wall! and all i spent were some extra calories lugging them home one at a time as fast as possible before someone else came by to snatch them up! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif -
Do you deliver to Norway? The only thing they have in the shops here are the peek-a-boo ones, and I’m having trouble finding anyone that ships to Norway without it costing five times more than the pole itself :S

it would be ridiculous to have an x-pole shipped from the u.s., besides the huge shipping cost you´d probably also have to pay import tax which is usually high.

they´ll ship to anywhere in europe. and the shipping costs are reasonable. and you can be sure they´re authentic x-poles. oh and the vertical dance site offers a free week of online lessons as a bonus…
or maybe they can even inform you if there are any x-pole representatives in norway.

don´t know if this is a total coincidence, but ever since the sv crash i´ve once again been able to veiw vids and even get into chat (although nobody´s there https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif ) with google chrome!
i´m so happy! it´s so much faster to download and watch the vids…
