I still continue to struggle with the Superman. My biggest problem is flipping my hip over. I feel I have the strength to hold myself, but getting my hips to flip is a huge issue for me. Do you guys have a trick to help with flipping over?

Ok guys, I think i’m in for this one but this is one massive challenge for me cause sexy is so not my style!!! I’ve checked out the sexy May challenge videos that have been posted & I’m totally inspired. Now, weather I have the courage to post it after I play back the tape is another matter altogether…

I can totally relate. From day one, I’ve always wanted to learn the superman. I’ve gotten into it a few times but always with my instructor spotting me. I have a lot of trouble flipping my hips over & I find that it burns like a bitch!!! I know that I will eventually get it but the pain makes cringe. I find it to be a very frightening move. I supposed I should just suck it up and try it on my own. Any suggestions on how to flip the hips quickly?
